Today’s recipe in potatoes with spinach, cooked for a few minutes in the oven.

The potatoes must be boiled in advance and the spinach blanched.

You can blanch the spinach by putting it in boiling water for not more than 4-5 minutes, and then pour some cold water on it. The cold water pouring is done for the purpose of keeping the fresh taste and color of the spinach.

To the spinach we’re going to add some white cheese and the mixture will serve as our stuffing for the meal. We’re going to put it in between the potatoes.

To the boiled potatoes we’ll add butter, which will make them that more tasty and aromatic.
