We’ve chosen a nice mix of ingredients, to cook a good meal – potatoes with spinach. Our meal will be tasty and full of vitamins. As we all know spinach is extremely good for our health.

Firstly, we boil the potatoes and blanch the spinach.

The blanching is done by soaking the spinach in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and after that cold water is poured over it. This is done to keep the fresh green color. After the potatoes are boiled and the spinach is blanched, we can move on to the main part – the cooking, which will be quick.

Put a pot on the hot plate and pour water inside. When the water starts boiling, insert the spinach and boil it for not more than 3-4 minutes. Immediately after that, take the spinach out and soak it into cold water. This is the way to keep the fresh color and taste of the spinach.

Boil the potatoes. When they’re done cut them into pieces and put them in the tin.

Add the spinach, which you’ve already sliced. Season with salt to the taste and black pepper. Pour the cooking cream on top and stir. Then on top sprinkle the grated white cheese and start cooking the meal. Cook on 200 degrees until the cheese becomes golden in color.
