I have no doubt that the brownie is one of the most famous dessert in the world.

It’s so delicious… melts in your mouth and has a lovely thin crust on the outside. And because I add cherries to the mix, this cherry brownie smells wonderful. The aromas of cherry and chocolate combine exceptionally well. Is there anyone who hasn’t tried it?

Today I will show you an easy recipe that you can make at home. It’s very easy and anyone can do it. This won’t be any ordinary brownie – it will be cherry brownie.

I add cherries to the chocolate mixture and a wonderful interplay of flavours and aromas is obtained.

Cherries are washed with water, pitted and then halved. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of flour. Mix and then add to the brownie mix. They are carefully mixed and then the mixture is poured into a tray. Bake at 180 degrees (Fan), preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Melting the chocolate

Melt the chocolate and butter. You can melt them at a very low temperature on the stove, without a water bath. But the temperature should be very low - the first degree. Once melted, turn off the heat and set the casserole aside.

Egg mixture

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add sugar to them, sprinkle with a little salt and mix well. You should get a fluffy mixture.

Mixing with the chocolate

Then to the egg mixture, add the chocolate melted with the butter. Stir well to combine the two mixtures.

Adding flour to the mixture

To the resulting mixture, add flour, baking powder and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Cherries

Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees (Fan)!
Set the chocolate mixture aside. Let's pay attention to the cherries. They should be washed, pitted and cut in half. Put them in a small plate and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on top of them. Stir and then add them to the chocolate mixture. Mix gently and the brownie mix is ready.

Baking

It's time to bake. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper. Level and place the tray in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes and then remove the pan. Let the brownie cool. Then cut it and enjoy it. I assure you that you will like it very much and one piece will not be enough for you.
