As you will see, this is a cake recipe. This cake, however, will not fall into the desserts category, because we’re going to prepare it using vegetables. We’re going to use carrot, peppers, white cheese and the rest of the ingredients that are used to make an ordinary cake.

It will be better if you don’t cut up the vegetables, but rather to grate them with the grater. If you do so, it will be a lot easier to squeeze them with hands, so you can remove the unneeded water. And as we all know vegetables contain a lot of water.

You’ll see how easily this vegetable cake is prepared and how tasty it is in the end. Follow the steps we’ve described below and you’ll succeed in making it.

In a bowl mix the eggs and the cooking cream. Add the white cheese, which has to be crushed in advance. Stir. You shouldn’t use a mixer, but a fork to stir this mixture.

Grate the pepper and the carrot. Squeeze the water out of them and add them to the bowl with the other ingredients. Sprinkle with salt to the taste and with black pepper.

Separately mix the baking powder and the flour together. After that, add them to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Stir firmly.

Spread the cooking oil on the bottom and the sides of the tray and sprinkle a bit of flour. Using light taps, spread the flour to the whole surface of the tray.

Add the mixture from the bowl and insert into an already heated oven. Cook on 220 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
