Directions
This is the tastiest and easiest way to prepare homemade cream with a delicate aroma of vanilla. As you’ll find out, this cream is ideal for dessert fillings like eclers, chunkys, cakes and many more.
As we said, the cream is very easy to make.
We put the milk with the sugar on the hot plate to warm up, but don’t let it boil, and while it’s warming up we make the egg mixture. After that we mix the, milk and the eggs and we’re done.
We’ll add the flour to thicken the cream. The thickening won’t take long, only a few minutes, that’s why you’ll have to stir firmly, to evade overcooking the cream.
When the cream thickens, remove the pot from the hot plate and distribute the cream to the serving plates. Decoration is up to you!
We haven’t specified the amount of sugar to put because that depends entirely on your taste. If you like it sweeter put more sugar, if not, put less!

Put the pot on the hot plate and pour 800 ml. of milk inside. Add sugar to the taste and vanilla for aroma. Stir and let it warm up. |

Separately stir the eggs, the flour and the rest of the milk. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. |

When the milk on the hot plate is good and warm, but still not boiling, add the egg mixture and stir. |

In a few minutes the cream will thicken. Don’t forget to stir all the time for the few minutes in order not to overcook the cream. |

When the cream thickens distribute the cream into little bowls and put a bit of cocoa on top (if you wish). |
