Directions
Let’s make something interesting this time. How about some chicken livers? If prepared well and with appropriate seasonings, chicken livers may become a lovely and very tasty meal.
When cooking sub products, it is important to boil them first, just for a few minutes. So, before frying the livers, we will first boil them in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Then we will add onion sliced in thin stripes and some tomatoes. When cooking tomatoes, add a tsp sugar so that the acidic taste could be neutralized.

Pour water in a saucepan and place on the stove. Add some salt. When water become boiling add chicken livers and boil for 10-15 minutes. A foam will form. You need to skim it using a spoon. |

Then strain the water and rinse the livers. You may chop them in smaller pieces if you like. Now they are ready for frying. Place a pan on the stove and pour some oil. While waiting to heat up, chop the onion in small stripes and blend the tomatoes. Or you could chop them in small cubes instead. |

Place them in the pan and fry. Add a pinch or two sugar. When the onion become tender add the chicken livers. Stir. You could also add some mushrooms (optional). |

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika or cayenne pepper if you prefer spicy. Stir-fry until golden brown. |

Serve with fresh parsley for an incredible taste. |
