Hi everyone….Hope you are OK! Have you ever tried veggie spaghetti? Spaghetti made of courgette! I love them….I have to admit that I cook them very often.

Firstly because the courgette spaghetti are cooked in a very short time and secondly because they are very very tasty!

To form like spaghetti, courgette must be cut with a special device. It is very similar to a sharpener.

Watch the video for more details. In the video you can see this device which I was talking about!

Steps

1
Done

Frying the bacon

You need 2-3 slices bacon. Chop it and the fry until golden and crispy.

2
Done

Spaghetti

While the bacon is frying let's make the courgette spaghetti. These spaghetti will be vegetable spaghetti. To make them you don't need flour or egg... You only need courgettes!

3
Done

Cooking the spaghetti

When the bacon is cooked, add the courgette spaghetti. When they reduce their volume and shrink a little is time to seasoning.

4
Done

Seasoning

I only add pepper. Because the bacon is mostly salty I don't add extra salt.

5
Done

The cream

After seasoning it is time to add the cream...not much, just 2-3 tbsp.

6
Done

Cooked

Stir and after 1-2 minutes the meal is ready!
When serving on top you can sprinkle with Parmesan if you like!
Enjoy :) Have a nice day/night....
