I will show you how to make delicious walnut biscuits at home. They are very tasty and easy!
You only need nuts, in this case walnuts, one egg, sugar and that’s it. These biscuits are made without flour, which means they are gluten free. They are suitable for people suffering from gluten intolerance, as well as for everyone else. I mean, in addition to being easy, these cookies are also very tasty.

1 egg in a bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon. Stir. |

Add the walnuts ( crushed ) and stir again. The mixture for the biscuits is ready. |

From the mixture, using your hands form small balls and dip them in powdered sugar and then arrange them in the tray. Leave some space between them because they will puff up during baking. |

Bake in a preheated oven (fan) at 180°C (350°F) for about 17 minutes! |
