Here is one quite interesting recipe for you.

Let`s make fried peppers with mozzarella filling. You might as well use your imagination to chose among other ingredients you think would go with peppers best. You may fill them with sausage, cheese or even minced meat.

Mozzarella was our top choice and for what is worth we have no regrets. It goes perfectly with peppers. Actually it goes perfectly with everything!

Oh, and we will add beer  into the batter.

Let’s cook!

Steps

1
Done

Cut mozzarella into thin stripes and fill each pepper. Place a saucepan onto the hot-plate and pour some oil.

2
Done

While waiting for the oil to heat up make the batter for the baked peppers.

3
Done

Beat eggs and flour. Add salt and black pepper. You can also add other seasonings of your choice. Don't forget to add 2-3 tbsp beer to the batter (if you want to spare it of course).

4
Done

When the oil is heated enough, dip the peppers in the batter and place them in the pan. Fry both sides until turning golden brown.

5
Done

When done place in a plate covered with baking sheet so that the excess fat would drain away.

6
Done

Serve with a sauce of your choice. Garlic sauce would go perfectly.
