400 ml Double cream

Directions
For the recipe that I will show you today, I will use chicken fillet, broccoli and cream. Just three products, with which I will make a very tasty dish! You will lick your fingers 🙂
In addition to being very tasty, it is made in a very short time and if you are hungry you don’t have to wait too long.
The broccoli I use for this recipe is frozen. I won’t use raw because they take longer to cook. Frozen ones cook in much less time. To flavour this dish, I use only pepper and salt. If you wish, you can add more spices entirely to your liking. And when you serve the meal, on the top you can sprinkle some mozzarella!

First cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Put it in a pan with heated oil, to start frying. |

Cut the broccoli into florets. Ss soon as the chicken turns white, add the broccoli florets to the pan to fry for a few minutes. Be careful not to overcook the broccoli or it will become very soft! Just few minutes! |

When the broccoli is cooked, add the cream and stir. Cook for about 5-6 minutes more and done. Turn off the heat and enjoy this very tasty dish! When you serve it, if you like sprinkle some mozzarella on the top! |
