If you ask me why I like so much this recipe, I will answer because is easy and fast! To make this eggy bread you need no more than 10-15 minutes.
The best combination is eggy bread with jam, especially with blueberry jam. I love it! But people are different and like different things, so you can combine with whatever you like 🙂

Beating the eggs
Beat the eggs into a plate. Add the milk and stir. If you want add a pinch of salt.
Frying the slices of bread
Vegetable oil goes into the pan. When is hot it is time for frying. If the slices of bread are big just half them. Deap each half of the slice into the egg and milk, both sides and then put in the pan to fry.
