Hello 🙂 Today our menu will include pizza. Is there anyone who doesn’t like pizza? I doubt!
To make the pizza today I will use courgettes. They will not be like a pizza topping, but they will be the main product with which I will make the crust for the pizza. Maybe you know that courgette is a vegetable that holds a lot of water, after grating, the courgette must be squeezed with your hands so that at least some of this water can be released.
Don’t skip this step of making this pizza! If you do not squeeze the zucchini out of the water, you will have to add more flour, which will affect the taste of the pizza.
To arrange the pizza, I use salami, olives and mozzarella. You know, whatever you want and whatever you like can be used. You can slice different vegetables and put them on top.
I always finish with mozzarella on top, which melts after baking and makes the pizza irresistible!
