Hello and welcome to our website. The dish that I offer you today – baked potatoes with pork and vegetables, apart from being very tasty, is also very easy to make.

The simplicity comes from the fact that all the products, after being cut, go into the tray and then into the oven to be baked. There is no pre-frying or any other process. Cut, in the tray and then in the oven.

Wash the onion, carrots and peppers and cut them. Peel off the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces with size you like. All of them goes into the tray. Chop the pork meat into small pieces and also put in the tray. Season with pepper, paprika and salt to taste. Pour 100-150 ml vegetable oil and stir!

Put the tray in the oven. Bake at 180 C Degrees for about 1 hour until potatoes and pork cooked!
