    Hello, today I will show you a recipe for very easy and delicious biscuits. They are made without a gram of flour. You only need a few egg whites, nuts andΒ  icingΒ  sugar. This is one of the easiest cookie recipes. You can use it every time you feel like want to eat something sweet and light at the same time. Trust me and you will enjoy very tasty biscuits!

    The egg whites

    First, separate the yolks from the whites from 3 eggs and put them in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp icing sugar to the egg whites and start stirring the egg whites until they become snowy. The fastest way is to use electric mixer. When the egg whites are ready, they should look like snow or like a thick foam.

    The nuts

    The next ingredients for this recipe are the nuts. I will use pecans, but you can use walnuts if you like. It's up to you! Using a knife or a blender turn the nuts into small pieces. Add the crushed pecans to the egg whites into the bowl. Add cinnamon or vanilla. Add 3 tbsp icing sugar. Now using a spatula or a spoon, mix all the ingredients gently.

    Baking time

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
    On the bottom of the tray put baking paper. Using a spoon start shaping the biscuits. Leave space between the biscuits because the will become bigger during baking. Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 150 degrees!
