Adjust Servings:
250 gr. Rice
4 Chicken thigh
1 Onion
1 Carrot
2 garlic
1 pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric
to taste salt
150 ml Vegetable oil
1 tsp Gravy
a pinch Chilli
600 ml. Water

    This recipe is for those of you who love the combination of chicken with rice. I assure you it is very easy It is ideal for lunch or dinner. With it you will make your whole family happy, just as I make mine happy. We love it. Once you cook this dish, it will not be the last time, because you will like it πŸ™‚

    All you need is rice, chicken, onion, carrot, garlic and a some spices….and desire to cook.

    One clarification –Β  for this recipe I will use rice Abrorio for best result πŸ™‚

    The vegetables

    The vegetable oil goes into the pan. Chop the vegetables and put them in the pan. Fry them for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

    Cut the meat into chunks and place it in the pan. Fry until the meat became white.

    The rice

    For this recipe I will use rice Abrorio. Wash it with cold water and them in the pan. After 2 minutes, add the water. Add 50 gr. butter, stir and leave it to cook. When the rice absorbs the water it is time for seasoning.

    Seasoning

    Add black pepper, turmeric, salt to taste.Eventually the selection of spices is entirely your choice.
    When I cook ( not always) I try to add a little turmeric, because I know it is very useful for the body. It has anti-inflammatory action and helps for the regulation of the blood sugar.
    Add not too much. In order for turmeric to be absorbed by the body, it needs black pepper. Which means that when you add turmeric, it must be combined with black pepper.
    Of the end add fresh parsley and the dish is ready :) Turn off the hob!
