Watch what happens if we combine chicken with vegetables and cook them in a pot on the stove. To make the dish even tastier, we will also add mozzarella, which, once melted, turns out to be something very tempting to eat.

The fryingFirst, cut up the chicken and put it on the stove to start frying. While the chicken is frying, cut the vegetables (carrot, pepper and mushrooms). When the chicken turns white, start adding the chopped vegetables. Stir well. |

Make it redAfter a few minutes of frying, add 200 ml. tomato passata. Leave it to cook on medium temperature. After few more minutes, add the spices - pepper, salt and turmeric. if you like, add more spices! Stir it! |

In the ovenAfter 5-6 minutes after the seasoning, pour all of it in a tray because it will go in the oven. But before that - add on the top mozzarella and then put in the oven, until the mozzarella is melted. Done...enjoy :) |
