Directions
We are going to prepare cinnamon rolls. Because if we begin making homemade puff pastry, we are going to need quite a bit of time, so we’re going to use puff pastry bought from the market.
However, we’ll make the stuffing for our cinnamon rolls ourselves.
It is prepared quite easily. We only need cinnamon, butter and sugar. We recommend using brown sugar, but why not white. In both cases it’s going to be very tasty.
The puff pastry is lightly rolled out using a dart, and then it’s sprinkled with the ingredients for the stuffing.
For luxury, we’re going to sprinkle with crushed walnuts or other kind of nuts. We add some raisins, which are in advance soaked in water or some kind of alcohol, for example rum.

Lightly stretch out the puff pastry |

Smear it with butter, which is soft and has been kept in room temperature. The butter must be soft, so we can easily smear it on the whole surface of the puff pastry. |

On the top sprinkle a bit of sugar. It’s preferable to use brown sugar, but if don’t have brown use white sugar instead. |

Sprinkle a lot of cinnamon, crushed walnuts and raisins. |

Roll them up and cut them into little wheels with about 1.5 cm. of width. |

On the bottom of the tray put cooking paper. Arrange the wheels and insert into the oven. Bake on 200 degrees, until they get a brownish color. |

The baked cinnamon rolls you can sprinkle with sugar icing, chocolate or other, as you wish. |
