For this soup I will use only vegetables. No adding meat, but still the soup is tasty. Do you know that the lentil can be different colors. Yes…the lentil can be green, brown or red. Of all the colors, red is the one that cooks in the shortest time. That’s why i prefer it. The green and brown need more time to cook.

The vegetablesPeel off the vegetables and wash them. Chop them into large pieces. |

The red lentilsWash the lentils with cold water. |

BoilingTurn on the heat (medium). Put the pot on it and pour in the vegetables and the washed red lentils. Pour water about 2-3 litres. The water must cover all the ingredients and at the same time not too much! Cook until the ingredients are cooked. When this happened turn off the heat. Add butter, salt, black pepper and a little bit chilli. PUREE it and the soup is ready! |
