The recipe today is for Fried chicken livers!
Probably not many people have tried them. Have you ever tried chicken livers? If so, did you like them? Maybe many people won’t even want to try them but believe me they are very tasty if they are cooked properly! So I challenge you to cook and try chicken livers cooked according to this recipe!

Turn on the stove. Put the pan and pour the vegetable oil. Chopped the carrots and the leek. let them start to fry. |

Wash the chicken livers with cold water. If you like you can cut the chicken livers into smaller pieces. When the vegetables are almost fried, add the chicken livers into the pan. Add the butter, salt to taste and pepper. Stir and leave them to cook. The chicken livers will change the colour when they are cooked. After few minutes, turn off the heat and serve. The last step is adding the fresh parsley! Serve and enjoy :) |
