Bechamel sauce is one of the main sauces in cooking! It is a part from  the French cuisine. Have you ever try it? Maybe you don’t know how to make it… Well, we will show you how to make it. It is very easy and you need only:

  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt to taste

The seasoning of this sauce is only with salt and nutmeg. Without nutmeg, the sauce it  won’t be the same!

Melting

Melt the butter.

Flour

When the butter i smelted, add the flour and stir while the butter absorbs the flour. It will happen for a few seconds. Very fast! The mixture starts to look like dough.

Milk

Start to add the milk gradually and stir, then add milk, stir again, till all milk is into the pan.
Medium heat!
When you add the whole milk, stir without stopping :)

Seasoning

Add salt to taste and a pinch of nutmeg. That is all!
Stir again until thickened. When the sauce is thickened turn off the heat. The Bechamel sauce is ready!
