Are you one of those people who love salads? If yes  I think you will like this salad. For it I will combine lettuce, radishes and boiled eggs. Have you ever made such a combination? What do you think about it?

Me….I really like this salad. Apart from being very tasty, it is also very useful. Vegetables are full of nutrients for our body. There are many vitamins that our body needs to function properly and to be healthy. For this reason, I try to eat at least one salad every day.  So I will be sure that for the day I have supplied my body with the necessary vitamins.  For good health I advise you to include more vegetables in your daily menu. It is very important. 

We need to take care of our body every day. This care requires paying attention to what we eat. Food should be rich in vitamins, minerals, etc. Try to eat more vegetables and fruits… and remember there is nothing tastier than food made at home.

Boil the eggs

First boil the eggs in salted water. The eggs have to be hard boiled so that you can cut them. When the eggs are boiled (6-7 minutes) as soon as you remove the pot from the stove pour cold water over the eggs for 1-2 minutes. Then you will peel them more easily. After the cold shower leave the eggs aside.

Vegetables

Wash the vegetables (lettuce, onions and radishes) and cut off the unnecessary parts. take a big bowl. Cut the vegetables and put all of them into the bowl. Then add the olive oil, vihegar and salt to taste. If you want you can replace vinegar with lemon juice. Stir it.

Adding the eggs

When the salad is seasoned cut the eggs and arrange them on top.
The salad is ready! Easy and very tasty!
