First, let's do some chopping... Chop the vegetables - onion, carrot and peppers. Chop the pork shoulder steaks into bites.

Pour the vegetable oil in the pan and when is heated put the chopped pork meat. Let starts to fry. When the meat change the colour, add to it the vegetables. Stir and leave it to cook. As soon as the vegetables start to soften, add the rice.

Let's add some flavour - salt to taste, paprika and pepper. Stir and add the water. To measure the water please use the same bowl what you used to measure the rice. Add 2 1/2 bowls water and stir. Cook until the rice absorb the water.

The last step is to add fresh Parsley and the one pot meal is ready!
