FryingCut the onion and the carrots. Put a pan on the stove. Pour the vegetable oil and put the onion to start frying. After few minutes, add the carrots and stir. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add put them in the pan. Fry them for few more minutes and then pour the rice. Stir! Let's add some flavours...pepper, savory, salt to taste and turmeric. Stir and leave it to fry for about 2-3 minutes and then remove the pan from the stove. Leave it aside! |
