2 1/2 soup bowls Water
100 ml Vegetable oil
to taste salt
1 tsp Savory
to taste pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric

    Stuffed peppers – This is a very tasty dish for lunch or dinner. The recipe is easy and anyone can do it. You just need some peppers, rice and vegetables. The peppers are stuffed with rice and vegetables. Cooking starts on the stove and ends in the oven. To cook it, you will need about 1 hour. The dish is very tasty and will feed the whole family.     Frying

    Cut the onion and the carrots. Put a pan on the stove. Pour the vegetable oil and put the onion to start frying. After few minutes, add the carrots and stir. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add put them in the pan. Fry them for few more minutes and then pour the rice. Stir! Let's add some flavours...pepper, savory, salt to taste and turmeric. Stir and leave it to fry for about 2-3 minutes and then remove the pan from the stove. Leave it aside!

    The peppers

    Wash the peppers and empty them from the seeds. Then start to stuffed them with the rice. For stuffing use small spoon for easier! The stuffed peppers put into the tray. Add water - 2 1/2 soup bowls. Please use the same soup bowl, what used for the rice. For more details, watch the video :)

    Bake until rice absorb the water ( 50-60 minutes) at 180 C degrees.
