Directions
We are making peppers stuffed with minced meat. Use big peppers so that it would be easier to stuff them. The stuffing consists of minced meat, onion and carrots.
Sometimes you can still make a delicious meal with very few ingredients. You will see for yourself.
For this recipe we prefer to use pork mince. If you don’t have or just don’t like it you can simply use chicken, turkey or any kind of mince you prefer.
However, it is important to fry it first for a couple of minutes along with onion and carrots, then to stuff with it peppers.
After all peppers are stuffed, place them in a casserole dish, add water and bake.

Chop onion and carrot both in small cubes and then fry them. |
