The chicken heartsCut the chicken hearts but don't half them. Wash with cold water. Boil them for about 20 minutes. |

The vegetablesChop the vegetables! Put the frying pan on the stove. Medium heat! Add the vegetable oil and put the choped vegetables. Start to fry them. |

After the boilingAfter the chicken hearts are boiled, drain them from the water and put inoto the pan. Fry them together with the vegetables for about 10 minutes. |

SeasoningBlack pepper, turmeric, gravy (2 tsp), salt to taste, chilli, fresh parsley and turn off the stove! Serve it! |
