Today we are making some delicious and spicy baked potatoes filled with mozzarella and broccoli.

First we need to boil the potatoes.

This recipe requires big potatoes. Boil them unpeeled in salted water.

When done slice them in half and scoop out.

As for the stuffing we chose to use a mixture of mozzarella and broccoli. We will use frozen ones. Leave them for a while at a room temperature. That way it would be easier to tear the florets.
