100ml red wine

4-5 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

Preparing the mashed potatoes:Boil the potatoes until completely soft, then mash them, adding a bit of milk or butter for a creamy texture. |

Cooking the meat:In a pan with olive oil over high heat, sear the Beef Tips until golden brown. Then remove and keep them warm. |

Making the sauce:In the same pan, add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Add the flour and stir well, then return the meat to the pan, add broth and wine, and let it simmer on low heat. |

Serving:Spread the mashed potatoes on plates, arrange the Beef Tips on top, and pour over the prepared sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. |
