Directions
Risotto is without a doubt one of the most exquisite and easy to make meals. It is originally Italian but has a worldwide popularity mainly because it is so delicious and so easy to make.
If you like rice and chicken in combination, this is the ideal recipe for you.
To make risotto we will need harder rice. Use rice that is suitable for risotto – check its label when purchasing.
We will need also chicken, some veggie mix, parmesan cheese and butter. You can also add a garlic clove if you like but it is optional since not everyone is fond of its strong aroma.
It is best to use chicken bouillon for the rice but water could also do the trick.
The parmesan cheese has a very important part in this recipe since it will add extra flavor and make it a lot more delicious.

Pour 5 tbsp oil in a saucepan and place it on the stove. Fry a garlic clove for 1-2 minutes. |

Chop chicken fillet in small bites and fry them too. |

When the meat gets white add veggie mix and stir well. |

Then add 1 cup rice washed and cleaned. Stir. |
