Ingredients
-
4 table spoons yogurt
-
1 table spoon mayonnaise
-
1 clove garlic
-
2-3 spreags of fresh parsley (or dill)
Directions
When you fry or bake vegetables, they will be even tastier if you garnish with a fragrant and delicious sauce. We will offer you the easiest way to make this type of sauce. It will be a yogurt sauce, as we will use yogurt as a base, adding a little mayonnaise. The amount of mayonnaise should be less than that of yogurt.
You have to mix the two ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained. For flavor, we will add garlic and fresh parsley. Naturally, parsley can be replaced with fresh dill.
When preparing such a sauce, it is good to use fresh spices. Firstly, because they will add more
freshness and secondly because their aroma is much stronger than their dry variant.
With this garlic yogurt sauce you can garnish courgettes, aubergines and any similar vegetables.
