Hello and welcome here… The dish that I will offer you today is very easy, because I will cook it in one pot. I love this kind of meals 🙂
In addition to being easy, it is also very tasty. It’s perfect for the whole family. The main products for making this dish are three:
- chicken
- rice
- spinach
There will be also some spices and tomato concentrated sauce.

Cut the chicken meat in bites. Turn on the stove. Use a pan and pour into it vegetable oil at the bottom. Put the chicken bites in the pan. Soon the meat will became white. Fry it for about 15 minutes and then add the spinach (chopped). When the vegetable shrinks add the rice and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir it. Now add the last ingredient - water. Pour it, stir and leave it to cook until the rice absorb the water! |
