Directions
Today we are making baked rice with leek and olives. This dish requires rice for risotto. Make sure to chop leek in 1.5 cm wide circles and to use pitted olives as well. Bake until rice absorbs the water.
Place all ingredients in a casserole dish. Add seasonings of your choice and bake.
