This dish is not only delicious but also very quick and easy to make.
We are making chicken with cream sauce and mashed potatoes as a side dish.
The recipe for mashed potatoes is very easy and quick. Just add butter and milk to some mashed potatoes and mix. That`s all!
Cut chicken in small bites and fry it. Add seasonings and cooking cream. Fry for another 7-8 minutes. Voilà!
Serve with mashed potatoes on the side.

Put a greased frying pan on the stove and let it heat. Add chicken cut in small pieces and a minced garlic clove (optional). Stir. Fry for a few minutes. Add cooking cream and stir again. |

Sprinkle with salt at taste and seasonings of your choice. We chose to add black pepper. |
