We are making some delicious fried cabbage and carrots. This dish is suitable for vegetarians since it does not have any meat.

It won’t take much time. It is one of those quick, easy and delicious meals.

We will need cabbage and carrots, of course. They could be sliced in thin stripes or whatever way you prefer.

You could also add some meat if you are in a mood for it.  Pork or chicken would go perfectly. Just chop it into small bites.

Cut cabbage in thin stripes.

Chop onion as you please. For example, you could chop it into wheels or small cubes.

Since it would be difficult to slice carrots into stripes, cut it in small cubes or just grate it.

Put a greased pan on the stove.

When heated enough place the vegetables and stir. You will have to stir a lot so that the ingredients would not burn.

Sprinkle with salt at taste and black pepper. Add some bay leaves if you have. It go perfectly with cabbage meals.

You can also add 1 minced garlic clove if you like.

Fry until cabbage is completely cooked and tender.
