Ingredients
-
1 lb pork (neck)
-
4 leeks
-
salt
-
black pepper
-
cumin
-
½ glass red wine
-
oil
Directions
If you have pork and a few sticks of leeks lying around, well, why not make some delicious fried pork with leeks?
Just slice meat in small bites and leeks in wheels. Pour some red wine in the frying pan. It would give extra flavor to the meat and make it juicier. The basic rule is: use red wine for red meat (pork, beef, etc.) and white wine for white meat (chicken or fish).
We will use cumin as well. This spice goes perfectly with pork. If you haven’t tasted it yet, it is high time you did. Hope you like it!
However, do not use too much spices when cooking meat. It is best to let the meat aroma prevail.
