Have you ever try to make meatballs with mince meat? What about with sausage meat? I have tried both options and I can say that I prefer  to use sausage meat. You will ask why? Just because the meat is already seasoned and has more fat. I think that the fat makes the sausage meatballs very “juicy”.

How you can use the sausages and turn them into meatballs. You just have to peel them and then add few more ingredients which you can see below!

Since there are many types of sausages you just choose the one  you like and by this recipe you can turn into sausage meatballs very easily!

Preparation

Peel the sausages and put them in a bowl. Add 2 eggs, black pepper, 1 tsp savory, salt to taste, fresh parsley and chilli. Mix all the ingredients. If yoiu have time leave the meat aside (for atleast 1/2 hour) for better seasoning, if not turn on the heat :)

Frying

Medium heat! Put the frying pan on the stove. Add 200 ml. vegetable oil. When the vegetable oil is hot, start to shape the meat by hands. This is the easiest way! Fry them on both sides until lightly browned.
Few minutes of each side.
They fry quickly and therefore the heat must be at a medium temperature otherwise they will burn on the outside and will be raw on the inside!
