What do you think about the meatballs…Do you like them? And what about meatballs with tomato sauce…..Mmmmm – this is one of my favorite dish. I like it so much and it is not even difficult to make it. I must note that usually when I cook this dish I always use mince but this time I will make the meatballs from sausages. the only thong I have to do is to peel the skin of them and then seasoning the meat.
Also I serve the meatballs with a little rice. Do you do this or is just me?

Seasoning the meatPeel off the skin of the sausages. Put them in a bowl. You can seasoning the meat with spices you like. I use savory. After seasoning the meat leave it aside. |

Frying the onion and the carrotChop 1 onion and 1 carrot. Put them into a frying pan with a bit of vegetable oil. |

The meatballsAfter 4-5 minutes of frying the vegetables, start to form the meatballs from the meat. The size of the balls is up to you :) Form it and put them in the pan. |

Adding the tomato sauceAfter the meatballs, add the tomato sauce into the pan and then water. Put a few bea leaf, 1/2 tsp sugar (white or brown) and a pinch of salt. Stir it and leave it to cook for about 40-45 minutes. |

The riceWhile the meatballs in the tomato sauce are cooking, let's prepare the rice. First wash it with cold water. Then put a pan on the stove with water more than twice the amount of the rice. The amount of the water it depends a lot on the type of the rice. I use Abrorio. |
