FryingChopped the vegetables. Put the pot on the stove and on the bottom pour the vegetable oil. When the vegetable oil starts to heat add the onion to start to fry, then the carrot and then the red pepper! |

The chicken thighsThe chicken thighs are skinless and boneless. Cut the meat and put into the pan. Let it start to fry. Not long after the meat starts to turn white. Now it's the time to add the rice. I use Arborio rice for this kind of meals. I always wash the rice with cold water, before cooking! It is up to you! Stir! |
