Directions
Today we’re cooking pork liver, a delicacy that you’ll definitely enjoy. It’s one of those foods that if you haven’t tried, you can’t know if it’s delicious or not. Of course, we follow our tradition of presenting you with easy-to-make and, of course, very tasty dishes – such is the pork liver.

Rinse the pork liver well under running water. |

Cut it into bite-sized pieces. |

Place a frying pan on the stove, set it to medium heat (my stove goes up to 6, I set it to 4). Add about 50ml of oil, and add the pork liver – stir occasionally. |

While the pork liver is frying, finely chop a bunch of parsley. |

Between stirring, squeeze a lemon. (I use a manual citrus press – see the video) |

When the pork liver is ready, place it on a plate and pour lemon juice over it, salt and black pepper to taste, as well as the parsley. |
