Ingredients
-
700g pork liver
-
3 onions
-
to taste salt
-
to taste black pepper
-
1 red pepper
Directions
We’ll introduce you to the easiest way to include pork liver in the menu. We will fry it on a pan,
along with onions and spices.
However, before we start frying the liver, we must first put it in boiling water. This is done in order to eliminate its impurities before it is cooked.
First we brew the liver for no more than 10 minutes and then proceed to frying.
We will only add onions, but if you want, you can add a carrot and a pepper.
