This dish is made with very few ingredients, but you will definitely be impressed by the outcome. We will fry pork kidneys with onion and tomatoes.

It is essential to boil the kidneys first for a couple of minutes and then fry them.

In addition to the kidneys we will add some onions and a few tbsp tomato paste.

It would be best to blend the tomatoes, but you could also chop them in small cubes after removing their skin.

Cut all the ingredients, fry them for a few minutes and voilá!

Wash pork kidneys and place in a pot of water. Boil for 10-15 minutes.

Then strain from the water and wash them.

Put a pan on the stove and pour some oil in it.

Slice onion in stripes and place them in the pan. Add minced garlic clove. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add the kidneys sliced in circles and stir.
