Directions
Today we are making some delicious meatballs wrapped in bacon. We will need minced pork meat and a few vegetables, that will give extra flavour to the meat – pepper, onion, garlic and spices.
We decided to use black pepper, Savory and cumin because we think these spices are the best choice for enhancing meat flavour. Then we will wrap the meatballs in bacon and bake them until it gets crispy.

Place the minced meat in a bowl. First add egg and chopped spring onion and garlic, then a pinch of salt, black pepper, cumin and savory. |

Cut mozzarella in small pieces and add them to the meat. |

Grate pepper or chop it. Place it in the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix them well. |

Form little balls from the meat and wrap them in bacon. |
