Directions
To mix the ingredients better we’re going to add a bit of white rice (risotto) and some vegetables. The vegetables are pepper, onion and carrot. As you know it is important to use more vegetables when we cook our meals. Despite the fact that they will make the meal that much tastier, they will make it good for your health because they contain more vitamins.
We’ll prepare the recipe with pork meat but you can always replace it with another kind of meat according to your preferences. You can use chicken, lamp or veal meat.
Lamb and veal require more thermal treatment. That’s why first you will have to boil them and then cook them, together with the other ingredients, which we included in this recipe.
When you choose the pork meat, let it be from the neck, because it has more fat and it won’t be so dry, after you cook it.

Firstly, we’ll slice the main ingredients. |

Cut the meat into pieces. |

Chop the carrot and the red pepper into little pieces. |

Cut the cabbage into bands. |

All the sliced ingredients put into a tray. Add the rice. Now we do the seasoning. Sprinkle with salt to the taste, red pepper, black pepper and cumin. |

Sprinkle with cooking oil. Add around 600 ml. of hot water and stir firmly. |

Put the tray into the oven and cook on 220 degrees, until the rice is cooked. If it’s needed you can add a bit of more water while it’s baking. |
