    Hello… Today I will cook pork kidneys. I will fry them in a pan with onions and I have to tell you that they are very tasty. The first time I tried pork kidney I was sceptical about the taste. I was 99% sure that I wouldn’t like them, but…I wasn’t right. I even liked them a lot. They are the perfect appetiser for a glass of cold beer.

    Because pork kidneys are not always available in stores, they are hard to find. However,  when I see  I buy them, cook  and enjoy.     Boiling

    The first step is to boil the kidneys for about 20-25 minutes. When the are cooked, cut them and leave aside.

    Frying

    Chop the onions and the garlic and put them in a pan to start the frying. Don't forget to add vegetable oil. Fry for few minutes and when the onion softens add the chopped pork kidneys. Add pepper, paprika and salt to taste and chilli if you like. Stir it...after 2-3 minutes turn off the heat. Sprinkle some fresh parsley and if you like lemon juice! It's ready.
